Many individuals are struggling with how they feel. They are having problems with friends or family. They are anxious, depressed, angry or scared and need to talk to someone, but find it difficult to talk to people they know. Counselling can help them talk things through, support them without making them feel judged, and in confidence (unless they disclose that their personal safety is at risk), and make a positive difference to their lives.
Hence, we offer face to face counseling sessions on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00am to 1:00pm.
